First Course

GULF SEAFOOD COURTBOUILLON

with scallops, shrimp, swordfish and fish fumet

served with Bezel Sauvignon Blanc from the Cakebread Family, Paso Robles


Second Course

DUCK PROSCIUTTO & COUNTRY PÂTÉ  

cornichons, Creole mustard, Bellegarde bread

served with Cakebread Cellars Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa Valley


Third Course

SEARED FILET BORDELAISE 

with potatoes au gratin, grilled shitake mushrooms, New Orleans tallow bordelaise sauce
